Faulty goods
Where a product is considered faulty or substandard, we have a no quibble one-for-one replacement or refund policy.


In case of faulty or substandard goods, MoreInks will be responsible for the full cost of replacement and carriage charges incurred in both their return from the customer to MoreInks and for the costs in returning replacements to the client.  A FREE POST address will be provided on request.


What does the guarantee cover?
MoreInks guarantees that any printer or print head that can be conclusively shown to have been adversely affected by our compatible consumable products will be repaired or replaced free of charge, at the option of MoreInks.

How long is the guarantee valid?
This warranty is valid until the end of the printer's original warranty period from the printer manufacturer and only to the extent of the original warranty.

Is this a replacement warranty?
This guarantee is not intended as a supplement or addition to the original warranty or all operational aspects of the printer, but will serve as a replacement warranty for any or all parts directly involving the cartridge and the print head, where and ONLY where the original manufacturer deems the use of our compatible cartridges to have voided the manufacturer's own warranty.

Will it cost me anything to send you the printer?
In cases where printers need to be transported, MorInks will pay for carriage and will arrange collection from the customer. 

So how do I go about claiming under the guarantee?
Firstly, make sure your OEM warranty is still valid. If it is not, the guarantee does not apply. Make sure you have already asked the manufacturer for assistance, and been refused. Any arrangements for repair must be made in advance with MoreInks, and a returns number issued. MoreInks reserves the right to refuse acceptance of delivery or liability for any items sent to us address without a returns number.

Foreign Customers
Obviously the cost of sending a printer back from a foreign country would be prohibitive. In the case of an overseas customer we require a copy of a legitimate engineers report, from the original manufacturer. If we agree with the said report we will then cover the costs incurred in the repair or replacement of the printer.

Outside the Printers Warranty
If the printer can be proven to have been damaged by the cartridge, and is not inside the warranty then we would consider the situation on a case by case basis. We would require a engineers report on the situation and the final decision would be made by MoreInks. In this case we would not cover the costs involved in getting an engineers report. This does NOT cover blocked or faulty print heads, as most printers are designed to wear out at a quick rate, and this part fails at an alarming rate after a certain number of prints.
